Windows 10: Stuck on download Windows error and can't boost up the laptop

My laptop just randomly get stuck on the start up logo screen with froze loading icon so I decide to reset and delete all the old files. On the re-install Windows step, the installation took around half a day without any progress so I force turn off the laptop. After that when I turn it on, it always stuck on the notification about "Windows update error. Press ok to restart your computer and re-install Windows again" but nothing happen after I press it, just the same notification. I can't use any boost options to reset or enter safe mode too, it always lead me back to the same screen.Please he

Windows Update stuck at downloading

ok, everything is set, and restart pc. after that i open again windows update, and check for update. and again after checking its start downloading from 0% and not progressing..any suggestion?

 

Can't boost microphone in Windows 10

I did all the steps listed, but as shown in the screenshot above there is no Microphone Boost slider to modify. And in the "Custom" tab the Microphone Boost box is check-marked so I have no idea why its not showing.

 

Installing boost library on windows not working (no console output at all)

I am trying to install the boost library on windows 10, the first few steps are working:

• Downloading the library
  
• Unzipping
  
• Bootstrapping
  

But then when trying to run b2.exe or bjam.exe there is nothing happening (except high CPU load), but no console output whatsoever, not even an error.

I can't find any explanation or help on the internet, maybe some of you got an idea!
