Windows 10: stuck on EFI Shell screen 2.00

Discus and support stuck on EFI Shell screen 2.00 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i was casually playing a game on my pc, when i went to the bathroom. i came back and the game was frozen, so i reset the pc, but now it keeps starting...     i was casually playing a game on my pc, when i went to the bathroom. i came back and the game was frozen, so i reset the pc, but now it keeps starting up by saying "EFI Shell version 2.00 [4.640] current running mode 1.1.2. map: cannot find required map name. press ESC in 1 second to skip startup.nsh, an

    Stuck in Efi shell

    Laptop stuck in efi shell.

    Efi shell version 2.50 5.12.

    there are no fs direcories only blk0 to blk3.

    In bios I'm unable to boot using bootfile options. I suspect I need to find the proper directories within the blk. And find startup.nsh from there. Somebody please bless me with your genius

    Efi shell problem

    An EFI shell utility is something a normal user should never need. Have you actually used it to perform some operation?

    I think I would look around the Bios to see if something is stuck there.
