Windows 10: Stuck on fixing E: stage 3: 100% 0 of 0; Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00.

I turned my computer off one night after it was working fine, came home from work, turned it on, and it says:

Fixing E: Stage 1: 60% x of x; Total: 87%; ETA: 0:xx:xx


It was on Stage 3: 100% 0 of 0; Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00 for 3 hours. I turned off the pc, drained the power, cleaned as much dust as i could with electronic duster, turned it on, and im back at square one. This isnt my boot drive, its a 1 TB HDD and its only used to store music files or video files. I use it maybe twice a week at most. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

My pc (Lenovo) was very slow for week espicially today, I decided to restart it and then start fixing then it stuck at this stage:

Fixing (H Stage 3: 100% (0 of 0); Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00

It took 12 hours and I am still waiting.

what is the best solition?

My PC was running very slowly and I was unable to really get to a regular power off so I had to do a manual shut down. When I turned the computer back on I was greeted with the automatic disk check and repair. I'm currently at the state of the title fixing
(C stage 3: 100% (0 of 0); Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00. and it has been hanging for over 30 minutes thus far. Is this a hanging loop or should I wait for it to try to work itself out? What would be my next steps in order to proceed if this doesn't complete?

 

Disk check stuck at total 99%

I have a laptop (Dell Latitude E6430) with an internal 1TB disk with some bad sectors on it (planning to replace it soon, data backed up)..
When I switched on the laptop now, it asked for a disk check on that drive and the check ran for about an hour.. right now its stuck for more than half an hour at

"Fixing (D Stage 3: 100% (3of 3); Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00 ..."

Can I do a restart or should I wait for some more time?
