Windows 10: Stuck on "Getting ready" after Windows 10 installation

After installing Windows 10 on a Toshiba Satellite L550, there is a problem. It gets stuck on Getting ready. How to get pass this screen?

Computer stuck at getting windows ready

For us to effectively assist you, may we ask if you made any recent changes on your computer prior to the issue?

Have you tried any possible troubleshooting steps? If yes, what are those steps? This is to avoid repeating of the possible steps done.

If Windows 10 install gets stuck on the message "Getting Windows ready", it is possible that the internet connection might be running slow. Kindly ensure that your internet connection can suffice the download during the update. The other thing would be a conflict
from external devices. We suggest temporarily disconnect all peripherals aside from mouse and keyboard.

Windows 10 installation stuck at "Getting ready"

I was using windows 8.1 and wanted a clean installation of windows 10. After the reboot part, it got stuck at "Getting ready".

I tried using different usb ports to install, I cleaned the disk (using diskpart in command prompt) because of the GPT file, I tried to repair it, I tried installing it with nothing but the usb connected. Nothing worked, I'm stuck here for almost a day.

I left the laptop at "Getting ready" overnight and nothing changed.

Everytime I get there, it goes to 100% and after 2 minutes the Disk Led turns off and the dots are just looping around.

I'm using a Asus X555LJ and this never happened in all those years.

I installed the windows on another laptop and it worked with no problem.
