Windows 10: Stuck on “Is the correct country or region?” on Windows 11 first time startup?

Found a locked thread with a team member claiming a force reset would fix the issue. Myself and others found it did not help. I tried disconnecting my ethernet cable before another startup attempt and this cleared the issue FOR ME. Just wanted to make an updated post in case anyone gets stuck again after me :

It sounds as though the region error may be locked to your device.

I would suggest you try to Change your region in Windows:

When you make your first purchase in the new locale, you'll be prompted to update your billing info.

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.

Under Country or region, select your new region.

You can switch back to your original region at any time.

When are you going to include country "Lebanon" in country region

Dear Sirs,

I am one person of almost thousands of the people in Lebanon that are eager to have our country " LEBANON" listed IN YOUR WINDOWS PHONE COUNTRY REGION

this issue matters to us as we really like Windows Phone and actually i am obliged to use other operating system along with my windows phone just to be able to use some paid useful apps that I am not able to buy it from windows phone market because my region
is not listed and therefore i can not apply a legal payment method, in addition of other features that i can not use such as finding my phone if it is lost or erasing it ....

I do really want to continue using windows phone in the future but kindly you should consider this suggestion it is really important to us
