Stuck on 'Let's Start With Region' Mouse and Keyboard Do Not Work

Stuck on lets start with region.

Hi,

I just bought a pc that was on windows 7 and decided to upgrade to windows 10 but for some reason it's been stuck on lets start with region for the last 24 hours plus and it won't work. What can I do to reboot it. Also the keyboard and mouse don't work.
Someone help please

• Are you using a wired or wireless keyboard and mouse?
• Have you tried using a different keyboard and mouse? If yes, how was it?
• Have you tried using your keyboard and mouse to another computer? If yes, what is the result?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Stuck on 'Let's Start With Region' (Mouse and Keyboard Do Not Work)

After a hard reset on my PC to hopefully make it run faster, it brought me to the 'Let's start with region, is this right' screen. My mouse and my keyboard DO NOT WORK and every time I turn it off and on I get the same screen. When resetting the PC I chose
'Remove everything' because I saved my personal files to Google Drive.
