Windows 10: Stuck on login screen on windows 11 and won't let me log into my computer

I need help with my pin it says on the login screen Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again I then click set up my pin and nothing happens when I click it a bunch and sometimes when I click it it would say you need to install an app would you like to install an app I click yes and still nothing happens idk if my windows got corrupted or something but I'm stuck on the login page of my windows 11 screen so I'm gonna install a clean fresh install of windows I know how to get into the boot menu and stuff. If someone knows what is going on and has had this pr

Windows 10 Stuck at login screen

As said in the title, my windows 10 is stuck at the login screen

Couldn't Hold shift and Restart because for some reason i don't have the shutdown button

It's nearly impossible to interact with the login screen, mouse moves but things don't get highlighted and no matter what you write it hever shows up.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Check Way 3: Lock computer in Screen Saver Settings.
Step 1: Type lock computer in the search box on taskbar and choose Lock the computer when I leave it alone for a period of time.
Step 2: In the Screen Saver Settings dialog, choose On resume, display logon screen and hit OK.
Is “On resume, display log on screen” checked?

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
