Windows 10: Stuck on page and keeps rebooting all the time

Hi am stuck on the recovery screen what ever I press It brings me back to the same page and it keeps rebooting everything time I try and do stuff on it then it won't reboot then it will then I get to the last bit of the reinstall on windows 10 to fix it and it rebooting stopping me from doin it everytime I have changed the ram it still dose it message staying repair and another saying file/windows missing or changed something like that I need help please the rebooting is doin my head in

Windows stuck on Welcome page at launch.

Hi,

Initially, I suggest you to unplug all the external devices connected to the system (except keyboard and mouse) and try to reboot to check if the issue persists.

If your using a laptop then, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps

Power Drain

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec.
• Plug the charger/power cord and reboot the system

Also, suggest you to restart the system multiple times and check if it works.

Stuck in Reboot loop after power cut

Hi,

We understand your concern and appreciate the time and effort that you have invested in to fix the issue.

Before we proceed, I would like you to state which troubleshooting steps have you performed bedsides the mentioned to fix the issue.

As per the description, I suspect that you might be stuck in a reboot loop. I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if it helps

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Page keeps asking to put Time zone.

Trying to reload windowed 10 am stuck on the page were you put your time zone and key board in will not go beyond that page
