Windows 10: Stuck on Parent permission?

So I a friend of mine opened a mircosoft account and he mistakenly didnt change the age which made his account a children's account.We changed the date afterwards and now it's the correct date he was born in 2000Now for some reason he still needs an adult permission to open any app om his computer.Also when I try to add him or join his family we always get an error. How do I resolve this for him???

Inherit permission from the parent folder in Windows Server 2012R2

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you want the child folder to inherit the permissions from the parent folder. You can try the following steps and check if that helps:

1. Right click on the folder to which you want to provide permission.
   
2. Click on Security tab.
   
3. Click on Advanced.
   
4. Click on Enable Inheritance and.
   
5. Click on Apply and OK.
   

If that doesn’t help, as you are using Windows Server 2012R2, I would suggest you to post your query in
TechNet forums, where we have support professionals who
are well equipped with the knowledge on Windows Server.

PARENT PERMISSIONS

SO I NOTICED THE OTHER DAY THAT REMOTE COMPUTER WAS LISTED IN MY START UP MENU, I WENT TO SEE WHAT THIS WAS AND SAW IT WAS HOW YOU CAN REMOTELY CONNECT TO ANOTHER COMPUTER , SO THAT BOTHERS ME BECAUSE OF SOME OTHER THINGS THAT I NOTICED ON MY PROFILES HAVE
CHANGED THINGS , LIKE WHAT STATE I AIM IN AND SO ON, ANYWAY I WENT TO THE PERMISSIONS TO SEE WHO HAS PERMISSIONS TO DO THIS, I CAME ACROSS A SET OF #S LISTED UNDER USERS IN THE USER ,GROUPS SELECTION BOX, I TRIED TO CHANGE THOSE PERMISSIONS BUT IT SAID I COULD
NOT BECAUSE IT HAS A PARENT INHERENT,. MY MAIN QUESTION HERE IS HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHO OR WHAT THESE # S UNDER THE USER BOX BELONG TO , IS THERE SOME ONE HAVE CONTROL AND SEE ALL MY INFORMATION I HAVE ON MY P C?, CAN ANYONE GIVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT REMOTE

Parental Permission

Hi Team,

I have been facing this Parental permission issue for a while in my LUmia 520 , when i try to download from Store . It says that " Ask your parent to accept Terms of Use of the store". However , Me being an adult and i have no parental account as such .
Please assist
