Windows 10: Stuck on picture before sign in because keyboard and mouse doesn't work in that menu.

I tried to overclock my ram a few days ago and I've reset the bios settings after it caused instability but I just can't get into Windows 10. I always get to the picture where normally I'd just press the space bar or click the mouse but nothing happens. When I try safe mode I get put into the sign-in screen with the profiles but the mouse and keyboard still don't work. It does work in the bios and when I'm navigating the repair tool and when I spam F8 to try and get into safe mode. The screen isn't frozen either because the time does go accurately and the screen turns off after 15 minutes as well. I've tried unplugging all of the usb devices and have tried a wired mouse but it still doesn't work when plugged into the pc still works in bios and repair tool. System restore fails, startup repair doesn't work. What are the options that I have? Thank you in advance.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
