Windows 10: Stuck on pin lock screen/Error Code: 80070013

Hello everyone!This morning I sat at my computer and booted it up only to find that when I went to enter my pin like normal the page was completely blank and i couldn’t enter anything. only buttons available to use were in the bottom right corner and they let me look at the network i was connected to, whatever the middle one does it had some sliders, and the third allowed me to sleep/restart/shutdown my computer.ive tried googling it and i was prompted to hold shift and click restart so i could go into advanced options and use some of those choices, but each choice is meet with Error Code: 8

    Are you not able to enter pin code in the lock screen?
    

I suggest you to use On-Screen keyboard and check if can enter the pin code.

Use the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) to type

Lock screen image stuck

hello,

I have one PC stuck with the mountains lock screen image and another one with a nicer but still stuck image with the "thanks for sending us feedback" caption, usually there's do you like yes or not.

Is it a problem on MS end this time? I tried the reset steps so many times, usually after 10-15 minutes the lock screen picks up when there's the mountain one for any reason, but not this time.

Computer stuck at lock screen and after Anniversary Update on Windows 10

Do let us know if you are able to see any error message/ error code with locking the computer.

Let us try the below steps to unlock and check if it helps.

• I suggest you to restart the computer, try to unlock and check if the issue persists.
• Use On-screen keyboard to type in your password and check if it helps.

Click on the Ease of access on the lock screen at the right-bottom corner, turn on
On-screen keyboard to type the password.
