Windows 10: stuck on pink screen

    Computer stuck with pink loading dots after reboot on Windows 10

    My screen stays in a pink state with circling dots. Prior to this, it stayed in the windows (4 windows) with blue screen. I tried f11 to see if I could reset, but now I'm left with a pink screen and dots circling. How can I restore the computer?

    Original title: pink screen with circling dots (thinking mode) does not move beyond.

    Window 10 restarting screen 15 minutes now.

    Upgraded to Windows 10 3 days ago. Tried to scan on my HP printer but no luck. Went thru HP diagnostics updates,which didn't help. Rebooted PC and printer and now stuck with pink screen of "restarting" for 25 minutes now. Should I just shut the power off
    and then back on?
