    Stuck on reset this PC enter recovery key to get going again :


    Hi, so a few details we just moved into this house and checking one of the back rooms, a laptop which is sitting in there it’s a dell latitude 5510 windows 10 and before I even opened it, or did anything I called the previous renters of the house and I asked him personally if it’s OK if I have the laptop and he said that he had lost the password to it and couldn’t be bothered to try to figure it out so if I could figure out the password or do a factory reset it then it’s mine and I was gonna do that anyways so there was no problem. So by the time I got to actually open it up and try to figure

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

    Reset Protection recovery key

    I did the exact same thing last night. Lumia 640 was running W10 TP and I used the recovery tool to reset to 8.1. Now I'm stuck at the screen during 8.1 setup saying I didn't turn off reset protection and I need to enter my recovery key. However I don't
    know my recovery key (if it was emailed to me I have since deleted it, by accident), and my Lumia 640 doesn't show up in my devices list on my Microsoft account. Help please!
