Windows 10: Stuck on “Resetting this PC 99%” - WIN11

Hello, new to posting here!Started my reset at 1:30am, was stuck at 99% since 3:43am. Went to sleep hoping it’d be done when I woke up. Woke up at 8, still stuck at 99%. Frustrated, I held the power button and forced it off, waited, then turned it back on. Got a blue screen saying “Installing…” and some other stuff.The screen then blinked to a new blue screen saying something along the lines of “not all your files could be deleted, you have to reset again if you’re giving this computer away” Then it goes through the whole select country, keyboard, name for pc, etc. as normal. Resetting this PC stuck at 99%

Hello, I have a laptop with i3 Processor and windows 10 and I wanted to reset my PC so I used the Windows backup and reset tool and now my PC is stuck at"Resetting this PC:99%" for more than 13 hours. What should I do?

 

Resetting this PC stuck at 99%

I wanted to reset my PC to give it a fresh start and then it got stuck at 99% for more than a hour now please help me.

My operating system is Windows 11 Pro.

 

Pc resetting at %99

I,m resetting my pc it looks like it got stuck at %99 should i just wait?.
