    Stuck on Resetting windows 10.


    I have a asus vivobook laptop, on which the windows 10 is not booting up, i tried resetting the laptop from Win RE, with a usb flash drive, but every time my unit finishes resetting and i am required to install windows 10, the installation is stuck onn 0% - 3%, after which the system reboots to a blank screen again and nothing happens for hours, the installation is not continued at all. I would request please, if anyone can help.
