    Stuck on restarting or shutting down mode. What should I do to fix this?


    How do I stop my pc with the latest win10 updates stop sticking on shutting down or restarting mode. The circle goes on and on and...? I ran windows repair-tweaking.com, and it fixed some things but not that.

    Random shut down and restart??

    Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
    E220@2.406hz
    2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
    Windows xp

    Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused Stuck on restarting or shutting down mode. What should I do to fix this? :confused:*Mad Stuck on restarting or shutting down mode. What should I do to fix this? :mad:

    One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

    Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

    Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

    Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

    • Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
      keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
      Enter.
    • Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
    • Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

    Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
