Windows 10: Stuck on “The computer restarted unexpectedly...”

So I’m currently stuck in a looping “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.” I’ve tried hitting Shift + F10, but nothing happens. I’m on a Surface laptop right now. Any help would be appreciated.

Asus Transformer Book Stuck in Windows 10 Installation. 'The computer restarted unexpectedly or encounted an unexpected error'

Problem:

Asus Transformer Book had installation interrupted. Now it is stuck in a infinite loop with the following error message:

'The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click

"OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation'

This is what is happening.

Step 0: Observe the error message given above.

Step 1: Hit Ok to restart the tablet

Step 2: Observe the tablet restart

Step 3: Observe the same error message given above

I have rebooted the machine at least 5 times and realize I am potentially in a huge bind. Is there anyway I can restore this forcefully to factory default or anything I can do to get this tablet out of the current loop? It comes with an SDisk? Is there any
way this can help us (emergency recovery program on it)?

The computer restarted unexpectedly......

I am stuck in the "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error" loop while reinstalling Windows 10 to a new hard disk. I found several proposed solutions but all require pressing Shift+F10 to open a command prompt window. In
my case pressing Shift+F10 does nothing. The error message just stays there and no command prompt window appears. What now?
