Windows 10: Stuck on the logo screen

I'm stuck at the logo screen. The only thing I can access is the BIOS. I can't go to Safe Mode or the Advanced Options because it gets stuck at the logo. I've already tried all the troubleshooting steps like removing and reinstalling the CMOS battery, as well as the RAM and SSD. The BIOS detects my SSD and it's working. I even bought a new SSD with an OS installed. I also tried using a bootable USB — it gets detected, but once it starts loading, it just gets stuck at the logo.I also tried restarting three times to trigger automatic repair, but it still gets stuck. Even Safe Mode doesn't work b

GPU-Z stuck on logo screen

yup so it seems. I tried running gpu-z before installing the gpu driver and the latest version of gpu-z works right off the bat. After installing drivers, then goes back to being stuck at logo screen. I tried 14.4, 13.9, and 13.4 so far and I got no luck.

It seems that you have a raid configuration over multiple Western Digital disks.
the boot trace shows that the delay is probably caused by the amd_xata.sys driver. This driver is outdated (2015).

Update this driver as a first step.

Before I saw your edit, I tried it with the 32GB partition, and got the logo screen as usual.

I'll try your other suggestion next, Ztruker, but it might have to wait 'til morning.
