Windows 10: Stuck on time/date lock screen after changing BIOS to UEFI only

I've been looking into upgrading my oldish but still pretty good computer to Windows 11.Found this;https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/windows-11-specifications?OCID=wu_windows_app_omc_win&r=1Went through the procedure for setting BIOS to UEFI only. Now the computer will NOT go past the Time and Date screen. Pressing any key on the keyboard makes the screen go black, flash blue, and then back to Time and Date. There is no button for restart on the screen.I've tried rebooting holding down the shift key.I've tried turning off and on again 4 times.I've tried holding down F10 whilst restar

Lock screen image stuck

hello,

I have one PC stuck with the mountains lock screen image and another one with a nicer but still stuck image with the "thanks for sending us feedback" caption, usually there's do you like yes or not.

Is it a problem on MS end this time? I tried the reset steps so many times, usually after 10-15 minutes the lock screen picks up when there's the mountain one for any reason, but not this time.

Lock Screen shows wrong time format

You can try another solution, follow these steps below:

• Click on Start button and select Settings.
• Click on Time and Language.
• Click on Change date and time formats.
• You can change it to 24 hours.
  
• Check if the lock screen change also.

Keep us posted if you need further help.

 

Date and Time Year is 3015 and can't change to 2015.

I suggest you to set “Windows Time” service as manual. Follow the steps provided below.

• Press Windows logo Key + R key.
• Type services.msc
• Right click on Windows Time service.
• Select Properties.
• Under startup type drop down, change it to manual.
• Click on Apply button and OK button.

Restart your computer and try to change the date and time and check.

To change the date and time, follow the steps provided below.

• Go to Date and time settings.
• First, turn of the set time automatic.
• Then Click on Change button, under Change date and time.
• Now set the date and time, and then restart the computer and check.
