Windows 10: Stuck on windows 11 desktop

    Stuck on windows 11 desktop


    I turn on and login on my pc fine as soon I get to the desktop nothing loads like normally, I can’t open anything on my desktop or from the windows menu or even restart or shut down with using my power and reset on my actual tower. The only thing that opens is files which freezes and stop working once I click something and I can use the run command but doesn’t open anything. I’ve reset my pc advanced options and tried to repair which won’t work. I uninstalled the latest updated and it I didn’t work I’m lost at this point. The computer had done it a couple of times but restarting usually worked
