    Update stuck on 1607

    I am having issues with windows 10. It has not updated for several months. It seems to be stuck on version 1607. Ive tried mutiple suggestions. I just tried to reset and got error code on that as well. Fed up,please help,TIA !!

    Stuck on windows 1607

    Windows 10 1607 to 1703 Creators update fails with 0xC1900101 - 0x30018

    Hi,

    Normally, we suggest reverting back to the previous Windows update which is 1607. To do that, follow the steps below.

    • Open Settings window.
    • Click Update and Security, Recovery.
    • Select Get Started, under Go back.

    This is only a workaround that should work on your end.

    Let us know if you have other concerns.
