Windows 10: Stuck on wrong Microsoft account, locked out of my own

Girlfriend logged into her Microsoft account on my own personal PC on my own local user so she could play Minecraft, and then logged out. Thought i logged back in, device was out of sync so signed back in. Windows wouldn't accept my password that i do know and when prompted to login with Windows Hello Pin it defaulted to her Microsoft account. Now her email address is the main account on my device, and i can not for the life of me either log her out, add my own Microsoft email back, or even just remove her and go back to a local user before signing in fresh with mine - WITHOUT HAVING TO RE

Sorry to say that, I've already followed the steps you suggested me and it didn't work.

When I select the administrator account and click the login button, the pc itself reselects the local user account and you know, any local user cannot be logged in on this stage. Now, I'm getting stuck!

Also, I'm thinking to delete my current windows 10 and set up a new windows 10.

Please, tell me, has the microsoft account lock encrypted my other drives on my pc?

  Have you receive any error, when trying to Login using Microsoft Account on your system?
  
• 
  Have you changed the password of your Microsoft Account/
  

I would suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps:

Method 1: Change the language on the lock Screen.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Click the language on the bottom of the lock screen.
  
• 
  Select the English language and click Ok.
  
• 
  Put your password now and check if you are able to login.
  

If the language option is not available on the bottom of o lock screen, then try method 2.



Method 2: Use On Screen Keyboard.

Follow the below steps;

• 
  Click on the Ease of access icon on the bottom of lock screen.
  
• 
  Select the On Screen Keyboard.
  
• 
  Type your password through On Screen Keyboard.

Locked Out of Admin Account

1. Are you using a Microsoft account or a local account?
   
2. Which version of Windows 10 you are using currently?
   
3. Is the other user account an admin account?
   

I suggest you to try using the on screen keyboard at the login page and check if you are able to login to the PC.

1. At the login screen click on the
   ease of access icon at the bottom right hand corner.
   
2. Click on the on screen keyboard to open it.
   
3. Type the password and try to login.
   

If you are using a Microsoft account, I suggest you to refer the article on

how to reset your Microsoft account password.



However, if you are using a local account, then I suggest you to refer the article on

reset your Windows 10 local account password.



Note: While performing these steps, there might be a risk of data loss. You may take a backup of the data before performing the steps.
