Windows 10: Stuck Windows Update

Discus and support Stuck Windows Update in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; My windows update has been stuck like this for weeks now.     Stuck Windows Update


    My windows update has been stuck like this for weeks now. Whenever I try to turn off or restart the PC, it says "Getting Windows ready, don't turn off your computer." Afterward, it would show that it is working on updates and goes up to 30%. After that, it would restart and continues to work on the updates and reach 100% but then it says "We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes" It has been like that for so long and it keeps doing the same things. What should I do to fix this?
