Windows 10 fixing (c) stage 2 stuck for 36 hours

Been stuck on fixing (c) stage 2 80% for 36 hours now .Is this notmal ?

computer was working fine until this all started .

ive read simewhere that if i interupt this at stage 2 but shutting down that i will do irreparable damage to the hard drive .

what do i do ? Please help ,laptop is needed for working from home .

solution : just shutdown your pc and then on your pc or enter any key . you will be get solve this issu.

is this normal problm .? i think some days letter you will get solve this problem.
