Windows 10: Stuck with Windows 11 S on new laptop - can't download software programs I'm used to

I just bought a new laptop and the rep did not tell me that it has Windows 11 S which means I can't download Google Chrome or install my McAfee antivirus software I've paid for. So, couple of questions and thank you VERY much for helping me! 1 With Google Chrome, I was able to set up 3 accounts without having to sync anything to Microsoft or Google. It was easy and kept my stuff separate. How do I do that in Edge? When I try to create an additional account in Edge, it tells me I have to sync that new account to Microsoft and then tells me that that account does not exist. There is n

using laptop as second monitor?

looking for either a mouse/keyboard share program or some way to use my laptop as a second monitor when i am at home. The laptop is windows 8 the desktop windows 7. i tried to download a program called Synergy but it led me to some weird 3rd party download host where they want you to download their installer, or their toolbar etc etc decided to not got that route. any other suggestions?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Downloading new language pack is stuck, Windows 10.

"Sudarshan M K dated January 17th 2016 on
Language pack stuck at downloading and check if it resolves the issue. Also we would suggest you to check for

Windows update if there are any pending.
