Windows 10: stucks on audio setup utility - Copyright C 2020 american megatrend, Inc.

my friends its stucks on this menu and he cant return on windows 10 version of megatrend - 2.18.1263

Stuck on "aptio setup utility 2020 american megatrends" screen. Googled a ton, all answers involved launch csm or resetting to default. I have none of those options. Windows 11.

when i start my laptop it shows Copyright (c) 2020 American Megatrends , Inc,

its been many days i thought that the issue will resolve with any system updates but it hasn't . the issue is when I restart or boot my computer , it shows an error naming version 2.20.1271. Copyright (C) American Megatrends . Inc.

 

I do have the problem of Aptio Setup Utility -Copyright 2012 American Megatrends ,Inc in my HCL Computer which have Windows 10 what should I do Please Help me??.

Are you only seeing this line, or is there something else underneath it?

• If you only see the line "Aptio Setup Utility -Copyright 2012 American Megatrends ,Inc", it means that you are stuck before the BIOS, and you can't enter the BIOS interface. Since the BIOS system is related to the motherboard, you will need to return the computer to the factory for repair.
  
• If there is something else below that line? It looks like you are entering the BIOS interface. Reset the BIOS to see how the problem behaves. After resetting the problem persists, you can try to set the preferences in the BIOS manually.
