Windows 10: Studio computer randomly freezes and then nothing.

Studio froze during a zoom class yesterday and then today while I was checking email and then again later as I was trying to save stuff on a external hard drive . It basically freezes then screen gets dark but not a black or blue screen...like it will shut down but it doesn't if I try and shut down with button it wont...I have to unplug and plug back in to begin again.How do I fix this issue?

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
