Windows 10: stuff just not responding

soo when i play games most of the time they are on full screen minimzed
because i play and hear music so i always minimize to switch songs
and sometimes when i minimize my chrome and skype just not responding or today i installed skype and steam
and in the middle of the install they just didnt respond for like 20 seconds i just feel like my computer is really slow
i got intel core i5-2030
8 ram
gtx 950
anyone can think of a problem?

1) Have you made any changes to the computer except indexing prior to the issue?

2) Since when the My stuff button is not responding in the search bar?

3) Have you installed the latest Windows updates?

You can run the Search and indexing troubleshooter
in Windows 10 and check if it helps. It will find and fix problems with the Windows search. Follow the below steps to run Search and indexing
troubleshooter.

  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select
  Control Panel
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Search and indexing.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the
  Search and indexing dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the
  Search and indexing troubleshooter.
  

The Error: 0x800f081f might occur if some of the files needed by Windows Update is damaged or missing. I suggest you to install the latest updates and check if it helps to resolve the error after you run DISM.

My stuff is not responding in the search bar after indexing

Dear All,

I have searched for the answer but it seems that I am the only who is experiencing this bug. When I enter keywords for search bar in task bar, I can see some of the results but when I click on my stuff button nothing happens. it is not responding, I tried indexing
again, I tried Restore Health as shown below. It is still not working.

You really should close programs when installing new ones, first to lessen memory use, second to prevent corruption of files and third to lessen the load on the CPU. The things you mentioned are a pretty heavy load when running at the same time.
