Windows 10: Stumped on this blue screen.

Hey all not sure if this is the right place to post or not, but here goes:

Running win 10

My computer had started to crash with the Blue Screen of death every ten minutes, each time with a different stop code. Every so often a stop code would repeat it self but not often, still the PC would crash every 5 to 10 min.

Initially I tried to start it in safe mode to run all the basic diagnostics of drives, memory and drivers. Half the time I couldn't finish running diognastics because it would continue to crash even in safe mode.

After reverting back to restore points and still continuing crash cycle. I'm like "Fuck it, time to play dirty"

Grab a completely new USB drive, slap a clean install of Win10 on it from a buddy's PC. Before I plug it into mine, I wiped and formatted my drives.. and begin my fresh clean install of win10.... 30% in BSOD varying stop codes every time...

my initial question...how? There is absolutely no windows on any drive to even fail and then USB drive had a fresh image on it....

I've checked all the components I can swap with other things other than the CPU which I dont have another to fit in the AM4 socket..

My question here is before I go buy another damn CPU, is that the problem?... if PC is crashing, all other hardware(HDDs,SSDs, GPUs, RAM ) works in other PCs, And software is good.
