Windows 10: Stupid windows powershell popping up randomly for a second

i tried the autoruns program, it's still happening. Thing is, i wasn't able to uncheck everything that said file not found. it tells me that it failed to disable the program when i try to uncheck them

Scheduled tasks that use Powershell can cause the Powershell window to appear periodically on your computer. We suggest that you check the Task Scheduler.

• Click on Start.
• In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on
  Task Scheduler in the results.
• Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time.

Malware can also cause this issue. We suggest that you use Windows Defender or a third-party security software to scan your system.

Thank you for the update. Just to confirm, is Windows PowerShell shows up when turning on your device? If so, this could be due to creating a shortcut on startup folder. To know the list of items that runs when Windows started, we suggest that you check
it in Task Manager > Startup. Check if Windows PowerShell is listed and enabled.

Just to verify, do you have any scheduled tasks that uses Powershell? Scheduled tasks makes Powershell window appear periodically on your computer, therefore we suggest that you check the Task Scheduler. Here are the steps:
