Windows 10: stutter every 30 minutes while gaming

sorry everyone for the post, I hope I'm in the right section, it's my first time here. The problem is the following: During my gaming sections, regardless of the game, every 30 minutes a freeze starts for less than 1 second and then everything returns to normal but I don't understand the nature of this little stutter. My config: rtx 2080 zotacryzen 5 360016 gb ram 3200mhz 650w psu bronzeb450 asus primeno oc

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.

 

Stuttering once every 5 to 20 minutes in-game.

Stuttering for a second once every 5 or more minutes. Any help please?

For more than a few days now, I've had stuttering that lowers my frame rate to less than 20 to 30 fps for a second every 5 to 10 minutes when I was playing Far Cry 3, FC3: Blood Dragon, and Tf2. I've deleted temp files, cleaned disk, optimized my drive,
disabled windows modules installer, and windows updates. The stuttering still happens.
