Hello! I'm having some random stutters on Windows 10, I can not relate them with anything except for some Security audits on the Event Viewer. The iDs of these events are 4798 proccess name: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe, 4624 and 4672, they have the same date in which the stutter occurs.I've tried a lot of things, like reinstalling drivers of everything, but none of them works, even reinstaling Windows 10. Now that I've reinstalled the frecuency of the stutters seem to be less than before and sometimes the stutter doesn't match with a new audit on the Event Viewer, but before there was a

    Event Viewer problems

I have a critical warning on my event viewer relating to Kernel-Power, also a list of other errors. How do I remove these threats? I am running Windows 10.

    Error in Event Viewer

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

As you have mentioned, you have performed a repair installation on the computer and you see Event 508, 510 and 533 in Event Viewer.

I would like to inform that if you see any critical error in Event Viewer, please share the event logs with us to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please follow the steps mentioned below to share the event logs:

    1. Press Windows + X from the keyboard, select
      Event Viewer.
    2. Expand Windows Logs from the left pane and select
      Applications.
    3. Click Filter Current Log from extreme right pane. Then in the new windows check the box beside
      Error and click OK.
    4. Now, look for a critical Error in the list and note down the message/information from the
General Tab in the lower section.

Please reply with the status of the issue, we will be glad to help you further.

    Regards,

Event Viewer - Remote repair service possible?

I've been receiving telephone calls from people with Indian accents, claiming to be from the "Windows department." They instructed me to run Event Viewer, which I wasn't familiar with, and they indicated that the 3,000 or so events listed could be problematic
and offered to "fix" them over the phone by getting access to my computer, for a fee. I declined, but I wonder if anyone here could verify the legitimacy of these people and confirm that it would indeed be possible to fix any problems detected by Event Viewer
    over the phone. Thanks.
