    hi i have this problem where my Pc is stuttering in some games and also browsing internet or on the desktop. its a constant thing that keeps happening.My specs are:MOBO: MSI B550 Gaming Gen3 amd SAM enabledCPU: Ryzen 5 4500GPU PowerColor Red Devil Radeon RX 5700 XT overclockedRAM: Klevv 16GB DDR4 2x8GB 3200mhz overclocked to 4000mhzNVME: 500GB Crucial P3SSD: Kingston 240GBHDD: Generic 500GB HDDall CPU and GPU drivers are up to date also bios is up to date all old drivers have been removed using DDU.i did notice after updating GPU drivers to the latest version my system detects my GPU a
