Windows 10: Stuttery edges/textures when panning camera quickly in some games

Hi there,I'm having some weird visual problems in some games counter strike, master chief collection, mafia remaster, and some others where panning my camera quickly will make some object textures particularly edges of walls, or straight lines on other objects kind of stutter or jitter compared to the rest of the game/camera. Its not FPS or frametime drops, RTSS shows its perfectly fine, and its happening on all of my monitors known good, worked fine on my last pc. The game still feels like high fps/high refresh rate 240hz but its visually "laggy". I've tried different HDMI and DP cabl

Can't pan camera in game

First uninstall the emulator. Afterwards enter the game, navigate to controls and select "reset to default" or whatever comes close to it.

Also in some games where you pan the view on the edges of the screen you must be in full screen or it might not work.

 

Panning hand on IE and Edge - Surface Pro 3

Hi,

To disable the Panning hand, follow the steps below;

• Launch Internet Explorer and press Alt + V key.
• The Toolbars will appear at the upper left corner of the page and click on
  Panning hand.
• Turn off the Caret browsing by pressing F7.

Can't pan camera in game

I can move around using wasd keys and can do other stuff, but can't pan the camera using mouse (trackpad).

I did install an emulation software to use my dualshock 4 on laptop and the problem seems to have arised from then.
