Windows 10: Stylus not working Chuwi Hi13

Hi all:


I have a Chuwi Hi13. Before the recent Window 10 Update build 2004, the stylus was working fine. It also works fine on another tablet.


I have checked through the messages posted regarding Windows Surface but the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit will not work for this device so I did not progress any further.


This is quite urgent as I need this tablet for my teaching purposes.

stylus problems

I just purchased a chuwi eBook and the stylus that came with it isn't working. I tried calibrating it or restarting the tablet but nothing worked. I looked in the settings and it said "limited touch support with 10 touch points" I was wondering if that had
anything to do with my stylus problem. I really need someone's help.
