    I purchased Windows 10 Home from the official Microsoft website in 2015. This can be verified in the order history of my account — the purchase was made on December 21, 2015 At the time, I received the genuine product key via email, but I no longer have access to that email account, so the key has been lost. Nevertheless, I have used that key to activate Windows on multiple hardware setups over the past 10 years.The problem occurred when I recently upgraded to hardware that supports TPM and installed Windows 11. After upgrading to Windows 11, I used my Windows 10 Home product key to activate

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows 10 via phone by following the steps below:

    • Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
    • Select your Region/Country.
    • Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

    • Did you purchase a new genuine license in order to activate Windows 10? If not, then did you upgraded from the genuine older version of windows like Windows 8.1/Windows 7 SP1?
    • What is the exact message you get which says your windows 10 is not activated?
    Please be informed, If you upgraded to Windows 10 for free and your PC isn’t activated, make sure you’re running the latest version of
    Windows 10. We’ve made improvements to activation and troubleshooting activation errors.
