Unfortunately, I shared my email and password for monitoring job-related communications.This person added their email to my account without permission. Here are some steps you can take to remove yourself from the family and regain control of your account:

2. Click on More options next to your name and select Leave family group.
   
3. Select Remove to confirm.
   

If you are unable to leave the family group, you might need to remove the consent that was given by the adult who added you to the family.

Compromised Account

The account I am currently using was compromised 5 to 6 days ago by a Russian e-mail. I have taken the steps to get the account back and change the password. My concern is WHY is there a 30 day waiting period to get their e-mail removed from an account that I proved is mine?
