Windows 10: Subject: Verification Codes Not Arriving – Stuck in a Loop

Hello,I have spent hours trying to get the verification codes so that my son can log in to his Microsoft account and use his PC, but the codes simply do not arrive.The issue is that, even though I have set up his account to send verification codes to my email and phone number, Windows insists on sending them to his email—where they never arrive.I bought new PCs for both of my children.My Microsoft account is the admin, and their accounts are regular child accounts under the Microsoft Family system.This setup worked fine for my youngest child, but my oldest is now completely locked out of his a
