    Subscribed to Drawboard PDF by mistake


    I subscribed to a trial of Drawboard PDF Plus, but the changes were not applied to the app, and there was no indication that my subscription was successful. So I tried again and ended up having paid for 2 separate subscriptions. What do I do to get a refund for purchase by mistake?

    Drawboard PDF

    While opening a new PDF file I used "open with" and saw "Drawboard PDF" as an option. I'm pretty sure I've never seen that app before so I assume it came with the Creator's Update.

    Clicking on it it says my trial period has expired but I'm welcome to purchase it from the store. Not really wanting another PDF apt, especially one I have to buy I tried to uninstall it but found it's not listed in programs that I can uninstall or change in the control panel. Anyone know what's going on with this app?

    Drawboard PDF

    It is a Windows Store app so you can uninstall it using Programs and Features. I use Nitro PDF here - free.
