    Subscription expired early


    My subscription is due to be renewed on November 1, 2021. I received an email just last week, verifying this information. However, on October 1st, I received a message saying my subscription has expired and I've lost functionality in Word and Excel. Please explain to me why this has happened. I'm not going to pay a month earlier than I paid for my current subscription, again due to expire and be charged to my credit card on November 1st. I need to speak with an actual person at Microsoft to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please get back to me with a phone number that will actu

    Movies expire early while flying east

    Any reason why a movie expires nine hours early on windows phone 10 while flying SFO to Paris? Is it true the 24 hour timer can't deal with time zones? Keeping the phone in airplane mode while in Paris defeats the idea of a phone as suggested by support.
    BTW, you get 33 hours Paris to SFO before the movie expires on the return.
