Windows 10: subscription

I had a notice to renew cool viewer. I tried to just do the basic, due to that being the only thing I need. It stated that I already had that ,but when I tried to use it for my online classes it would not let me use it .I signed up for premium, which I did not want or need. Then I was charged for both the basic and premium plan. I would like for this to be corrected as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention in this matterDelores Boozer

How to Cancel my subscription?

2. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
   
3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
   
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

• Type your issues like Cancel my subscription > Get help
  
• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser
