In July 2024. a message read that microsoft had expired, I purchased another subscriptionSubscription: Microsoft 3635 personalOrder Number:4578256526Plan price: USD$69.99 plus applicable taxes/1 yearRenewal Date July 12,2025A bill for $205 has been charged to me for a renewal which means I have two subscriptions. Will you cancel one of the subscription and send reinburse me for one subscription

How to Cancel my subscription?

Here some general steps to cancel a subscription on your Microsoft account:

1. View this website ->Cancel your Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support and click the cancel Microsoft 365 or cancel Xbox.
   
2. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
   
3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
   
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

• Type your issues like Cancel my subscription > Get help
  
• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser
