Windows 10: SUCA Audio DAC Q3 PRO device did not detected

Hi


I'm trying to play sound through USB DAC on my Windows 10.


USB was properly connected but Windows did not detect it.


I guess it was because of the driver cannot find the proper driver to my DAC.


Pls assist

Audio fails to stream through USB DAC in Windows Creators update

No audio via HRT MS III USB DAC since updating to the Windows 10 Pro, version 1703.

Tried removing the drivers and restarting the system. Windows detects the device and installs drivers.

Both video and audio and video sources slow down when the device is connected.

This device was working in Win 10 prior to installing 1703.

The question was in regards to USB DACs, not storage devices. USB DACs take the digital audio from the OS and through a DAC chip convert it to an analog signal as a pre-amp out or headphone out. This requires USB host / audio driver. It seems the answer
is no.

Method 1.

I would suggest you to run sound audio troubleshooter, it will automatically detect the problem and fix it. Follow the below steps.

  Press Windows key + R and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View by: category and click on
  Small icon.
  
• 
  Now click on troubleshooting and click on
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on Playing Audio and Click on Next button.
  

If the issue still persist try the below steps:

Method 2.

I recommend you to update the audio driver and check if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device manager.
  
• Now click on Audio input and output and right click on it and
  update the driver.
• For the video issues try the below method.

Method 3.

Also I suggest you to update the display driver and let us know the status.

• 
  Press Windows Key + R and type
  devmgmt.msc in the box and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Locate and Expand the Display Adapter driver.
  
• 
  Right Click on the Display Device.
  
• 
  Click on update.
