    Sudden battery drop to zero

I have Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 laptop running 64 bit windows 10 version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1165)I am facing an unusual battery drain to sudden 0. This began happening yesterday and happened again today. I suppose the battery drops to zero from 50-60%. There's no warning. The laptop just closes all of a sudden.Every time I work with my laptop plugged in the wall charging. I don't turn off the charging even it's full and continue to use it as it is. I only use my laptop on battery when I'm commuting, and that's exactly when I have faced this issue. I bought this laptop in April 2019. I'm enclosing the battery report html as a zip generated using Windows Powershell. Please suggest a solution. battery-report.zip

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Plugged in but battery does not charge

If the laptop works without the battery then charger is functioning correctly. Take a cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol on it (or some on-the-go alcohol swabs), and clean the metal contacts that connect your battery to your laptop.

Make sure to install all Windows important updates.
