random rebooting with sudden black screens

    Hi József,

A black screen error likely occurs due to a corrupted driver or user profile. Other factors that can cause the issue are software conflicts and overheating. As an initial troubleshooting regarding your black screen issue, we suggest performing the
recommended steps provided on this link. Under "Troubleshoot
black screen or blank screen errors"
, select the option that's applicable to you.

Please post back with the result.

  3. Sudden black screen, then reboots

Hello, I've been experiencing this odd way of an OS crash where my screen suddenly goes black then reboots on its own. No error codes, not even a BSOD. I would like to know what is causing this and where can I get logs of what caused this so I can give more information about the problem. Thank you!~

random rebooting with sudden black screens

It is random reboot (without BSOD), not the blank os black screen on the link.

It is true I have seen event log entry with conflicting user profile,

but I have a suspicion, that

1., my motherboard (asus m5a78l-m/usb3) fell out from Windows 10 supported hardware list,

2., maybe I will be able to use it with installing the new chipset driver pack I have yesterday downloaded for my motherboard,

3., or I have to go back to windows 7, which was stable on my previous machine for years (this machine I bougth with windows 8 installed on autumn of 2016, and upgraded to windows 10 right on the first possibility).
