Windows 10: Sudden black screen/crash even after component replacement.

Hi all,I've been experiencing an issue where my screen would suddenly turns black and become non-responsive all audio will be lost 2-3 seconds after the black screen that i could only regain control after a hard-restart. This issue has been happening for quite a while and would normally occur during gaming or heavy workload. Since I couldn't really figure what wrong with my PC, i took my PC to a local reseller that sold me those components of my PC for check and repair. After some back and forth and a lengthy RMA process lasted almost two months, The reseller has replaced my GPU they told
