    Sudden change of certain font sizes on Windows 11.


    I have a issue where some fonts, such as in the explorer but also outside of windows, for example the task bar in Chrome have suddenly decreased in size and there seems to be no way of changing it back. All font size settings that I found change all the other fonts but leave the small ones unaffected. Would be great if anyone else knew a solution. Best regards!

    Thank you for posting your query on this forum.

    I would suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size and check if it helps.


    • Type fonts on the search bar and select it.

    • Click on change font size from the left pane.

    • Make changes according.

    Internet Explorer 11 Menu font size

    Hi Larry,

    Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

    • Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
    • Type and click Control Panel.
    • Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
      Make text other items larger or smaller.
    • Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
      in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.

    Sudden change of certain font sizes on Windows 11.

    Font size in my favorites list and in web address box

    All of a sudden the font size in IE 11 changed to smallest in my favorites list and in the web address box at the top. I have tried everything to change the font size and nothing is working. Any ideas?
