Windows 10: Sudden drop in cpu usage while gaming

So I'm trying to play NFS Heat, the game runs fine on about 60 fps for 10 minutes or so but then the fps suddenly drops to like 5-10 for a few seconds and then runs again normally. This happens every 5-10 minute while I'm trying to play. One thing I have noticed in task manager is that the game uses around 70% of CPU and then the game's fps drops and the CPU usage drops to 10% then it rises again to 70-80% then again suddenly drops to 10% and the game's fps also drops. CPU usage drops

So I have a Asus laptop, and when i update windows 10 i have random cpu usage drops, like when im playing or doing anything after a few minutes the cpu usage drops to 12%, and then after around 1-2 min it goes up again to normal and the framerates get normal again, but when it drops any game is unplayable. I managed to fix it before by deleting a battery driver and then restarting the computer, but this time this does not work.

Edit: all the tempatures are fine and all the drivers are the newest.

 

CPU and GPU usage high, fps drop on games

Hi. I usually have around 100fps at Player Unknown Battlegrounds and my CPU usage is normal. From a month or so I get fps drops like 50-100fps and game feels laggy.

Also, when I open the task manager the CPU and GPU usage is really high around 90, 80% and then suddently drops to normal values like 5%.

I checked igfxupdate.exe Windows process - What is it? but it doesn't resolve it.

I noticed that a service svhost is very high on usage, what can I do?

ram usage automatically drop in games

I have wired issue in ram usage it automatically drop like 8.6 gb to 7.2 shown in photo its normal or not not affect gaming performance but why it drop it drop both win 10 and win 11 my cpu also not drawn much power around 40% usage and 38 watt but i watch many video which show it draw 55w in 40 % usage and my cpu clock 3994 jump to 4190 i use bitsum high performance power plan if i use balance power plan my cpu clock alway 2490 jump to 4390 and power draw also decrease 40% usage 34 watt pls anyone can help me specs i5 12400 ,gigabyte b660m ds3h, cooler master mwe 450w, gtx 1660 super inno3d,256gb ssd sata,deepcool ak400 cpu cooler, 16gb adata d30 dual channel running 3200mhz ) GPU TEMPERATURE max 75° degree 1845 jump to 1875 gpu clock CPU temperature in gaming 40° to 50° degree & cinebench r23 30minutes stress max 69° degree my {cpu stepping h0 }
