Windows 10: Sudden glitch/lag

Hi, I've updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11 the day it came out and since then I'm experiencing a bug that I cannot find solution for.It can happen at any time, no matter what the computer is being used for.For about a second, the video and audio lags a lot, like if it was running out of memory or the CPU was working heavily. After that second, it all continues to run normally. It can happen at any time and without a warning, happens about 3 times a day.My specs:- ASUS Prime B550M-K motherboard- AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU- Gigabyte Nvidia RTX 3070 Gaming OC 8GB GPU- Crucial Ballistix DDR4 8GB @3

Random lag spikes

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Sudden Audio Glitch

I was listening to a song on YouTube while I was browsing another tab and all of a sudden, the audio glitched for like a split second. I have no idea how to describe the sound. It was like the song was tripping over itself. Nothing else glitched, just
the song. I tried to trouble shoot, but every video I find is about fixing the problem without any examples of what exact sound glitches it is fixing. I attempted to update my sound card drivers, but they are all up to date. Anybody else run into this problem?

 

Windows 10 Stuttering/Lagging with Graphical Glitches

The problem didn't come in Safe Mode - although I only used it in Safe Mode for about 10 minutes.

*I usually only needed to input a PIN password to log into Windows. After booting into Safe Mode it started asking for my password (i.e. Microsoft Account password). It hasn't asked for the PIN since then. Is this normal? Maybe some kind of protection enabled by Windows itself?

As you can see it says that my system has no latency issues.
Something weird I noticed is the difference in Measured and Reported CPU speeds - 1 Mhz and 3293 Mhz. How is that possible? I mean will the system even boot up if that's the actual speed?
There is also and Indepth Latency Test shortcut created by the program. Do I need to run it as well?
