Windows 10: Sudden high gpu usage while playing games.

Recently I noticed that my cpu usage has been too high, reaching about 60-100% in games, while my gpu is sometimes lower 60-80% usage, the cpu temp has gone at around a max of 70 degrees celsius, after around an hour in battlefield 4, 14 minutes in mad max, and around half an hour in ac valhalla it reached this temperature at max, going from 66-70, while the usage has been high on any game.

High power usage when play steam games

Yesterday i play Forza horizon 4 with medium graphics, now today,

all my Steam games is horrible lag with super low fps, and randomly freezing the games,

so annoying, My Windows have very high usage Gpu, Cpu, and power, can someone help me solve the lag problem

and high usage in task manager?

 

Desktop Windows Manager high GPU usage persists

Several individuals have reported Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe) using unrealistic amounts of GPU for video playback, gaming, or any high graphics intensive activity. Here is a list of just a few of the many requests for support on this issue:

It has been a few years now that this problem has been reported, are there any accepted fixes. From what I gather, even those individuals with serious graphics cards are vulnerable to dwm.exe dominating their available GPU. I myself report this issue, even
on games and design software with the settings at a minimum. For example, Java will be using ~45% of the available GPU, whereas dwm.exe takes up the remaining ~55%. As stated previously, the result is the entire system halting, not just the game. The mouse
will take a few seconds to stutter across the screen, and task manager will take 5+ seconds to even appear.

There have been many suggestions and no results. Is that Microsoft's consensus then? Thank you ahead of time.

 

High Integrated gpu usage

So here is the deal. My friend recently bought a Asus tuf f15 with i5 10300H and GTX1650. So problem is that whenever he plays any game his igpu usage is around 60-70% which should have been 10-20% while his dedicated gpu is nearly 60% which should have been 99-100% but it is not and also his cpu is always 90-100 % so his fps are really low. Currently he is playing horizon zero dawn and same is happening here. Cpu is packed at 90-100% while nvidia gpu is not utilised well and ipu usage is strangely high at 60-70%. His laptop doesn't have mux switch so he even cannot disable igpu.

I tried all ideas updating drivers updating windows setting power plan to perfomance using turbo mode for gaming but nothing works. Pls help for any solution
